DRAGON BANDS - Workshop

Torfonix, Head4Arts, Roc.IT Studio & Dragon Bands teamed up over the last school half term to run a youth rock school workshop. The workshop included taking eleven youngsters, splitting them into two seperate bands and creating songs from scratch to perform in front of a live audience and record.
We caught up with some of the friends and family after the show to find out what they thought of the workshop and Dragon Bands!.....
'Absolutely excellent, it's great on a weekly basis but for them to come up with this for the children well it's excellent', 'it's great for the kids! Definately doing a great job for the community! The performance was fantastic and I was very proud of all of them!'
'I thought it was excellent, the whole evening was excellent. I mean the amount of talent we've got in this area is amazing. In such a short space of time to put that together', 'I think is absolutely fantastic. I just can't believe it, to think that a group of kids can get together and make something like that in such a short period is amazing!'
